I am running because Americans are working hard, and across the country we’re seeing progress—but too many here still feel squeezed by high living costs. Safe neighborhoods, affordable   groceries, and jobs that support a good living should be the standard everywhere. As a local mayor, I’ve led with policies that work in the real world. Now, our region needs determined Republican leadership in Congress to bring that national momentum home, lower costs, and unlock American talent. This election is our chance to do that for California’s 45th District.

Everyday Freedom Starts With Safety

Safety is the quiet confidence of daily life—walking to your car at dusk, riding the bus without worry, letting your kids play outside. Those simple freedoms disappear when repeat criminals are released and laws go unenforced. In Congress, I will put families first by holding criminals accountable, backing law enforcement, and enforcing immigration laws so communities are safe, orderly, and free.

American Grown Food on the Table

California families feel high prices every time they shop. Overregulation and high fuel costs drive up prices before food ever reaches the shelf—hurting local farmers and working families alike. In Congress, I will cut red tape, lower energy costs, and protect American farmland so farmers can compete, food stays affordable, and more American-grown food ends up on family tables.

Building the Next American Frontier

America moves forward when people are learning, building, and moving up. From the shop floor to the design desk, opportunity grows when skills turn into careers and hard work leads somewhere better. I will expand apprenticeships, workforce training, and career pathways that connect Americans to manufacturing, engineering, and emerging technologies—so anyone willing to learn can earn more, advance further, and build a future here at home.

Clearing the Path to Earned Success

The American dream isn’t handed out—it’s built. What people need are skills, knowledge, and the freedom to create something of their own. As Mayor of Westminster, I helped small businesses grow and brought jobs back to our community. In Congress, I’ll fight for small businesses, cut burdensome regulations, and lower taxes so opportunity is earned—not restricted.

Sunlight on Hidden Influence

Free societies weaken when bad actors operate in the shadows. I saw this firsthand under Communist rule in Vietnam—and I recognize the warning signs. I will demand transparency, accountability, and oversight to expose extremist networks and foreign-linked organizations that seek to divide and destabilize our country.

Guarding Liberty at Home

Free speech and human dignity are not negotiable. Today, foreign actors and radical groups spend millions to manipulate debate, silence voices, and sow division. I will defend free speech, protect constitutional rights on college campuses, and stand firm against anyone who threatens the American way of life.
