Charlie's first election opened the door to greater opportunities to serve. His commitment, work ethic, and genuine connection to the people quickly earned trust across the community. In time, residents encouraged him to continue serving at a broader level — and Charlie answered that call.

He ran for Westminster City Council with the same values that guided him since the beginning: faith, integrity, and service above self. The voters responded, electing him to represent their voice at City Hall. As Councilmember, Charlie worked tirelessly — attending community events, listening to residents, and taking on difficult issues with courage and respect. He approached every decision with one guiding question: What is best for the people?

From infrastructure improvements and public safety initiatives to programs supporting seniors, small businesses, and families, Charlie’s leadership made an impact felt across the city. He helped strengthen cultural unity, expand community engagement, and foster partnerships that brought resources directly to the neighborhoods he served.  Here he fought for safer neighborhoods, responsible budgeting, and policies that reflect our community’s value.
