Charlie earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering in 1987, marking the beginning of a promising future. Eight years later, he expanded his knowledge even further, completing a Master’s Degree that strengthened both his technical expertise and his leadership capacity. With talent, discipline, and determination, Charlie climbed the ranks of large aerospace corporations, ultimately serving as Senior Engineering Manager responsible for operations, personnel, and major organizational programs.

But while his career reached new heights, something even greater pulled at his heart — a desire to give back. Service to people. Service to community. Service to country. And that calling led him to the next stage of his journey.
